I too have noticed for the first time a charge of 9.99 my carrier is reversing . I am filing a formal complaint with the WV Attorney Generals Office for Fraudulent charges.
Your customer reps first words are can I have your Cell Phone Number . No I don't this so. I don't understand how this charge appeared to begin with and I will not give them the information of the phone. Just wanted everyone who reads to be aware.
